Job Summary:

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales of structured optic and connectivity solutions to data centers across the assigned region. The role focuses on business growth, revenue generation, and building strong strategic relationships with key decision-makers in the data center ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive regional sales for structured optic products and data center connectivity solutions

- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets

- Build and maintain strong relationships with data center operators, consultants, system integrators, and enterprise customers

- Establish strategic alliances and partnerships to expand market presence

- Identify new business opportunities and manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure

- Engage with senior decision-makers (CXOs, IT Heads, Data Center Managers, Consultants)

- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements

- Collaborate with pre-sales, engineering, and product teams to deliver optimal solutions

- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates for management

Key Requirements:

- Engineering graduate (BE / BTech or equivalent)

820 years of B2B sales experience in one or more of the following domains:

- Structured Cabling Solutions

- Data Center Infrastructure & Connectivity

- Enterprise Networking

- Telecom or ICT Solutions

- Proven experience selling Data Center Connectivity & Structured Cabling Solutions

- Strong network and established relationships with data center decision-makers

- Demonstrated ability to drive business growth and close large, complex deals

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

- Willingness to travel within the assigned region

Preferred Skills:

- Experience working with consultants and large enterprise accounts

- Understanding of data center design, cabling standards, and optical technologies

- Strategic mindset with strong execution capabilities
