Regional Sales Manager Solar Rooftop Business

We are looking for a high-performing Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to drive the growth of a leading Solar Rooftop Business across the West Zone Maharashtra, Gujarat, Goa, Madhya Pradesh & Chhattisgarh.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive regional sales, revenue and profitability targets

- Develop market expansion strategies and identify new business opportunities

- Appoint, develop and manage distributors, dealers, installers and channel partners

- Expand and strengthen the regional distribution network

- Build and manage relationships with Solar EPCs, consultants, project developers and influencers

- Drive project acquisition and customer engagement through strategic partners

- Lead, mentor and manage regional sales teams

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing and government solar policies

- Strengthen market share across Residential, Commercial & SME segments

Candidate Profile:

- Graduate in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing or related discipline; MBA preferred

- 10 - 15 years of overall sales experience

- 4+ years of experience in Solar Rooftop / Renewable Energy

- Strong West India market exposure

- Proven expertise in channel sales, distribution management and dealer development

- Strong EPC and solar installer network

- Experience in team handling and regional sales management

- Good knowledge of residential and commercial solar markets

Preferred Background:

Candidates from Solar Rooftop, Renewable Energy, Electrical, Power Solutions, Inverter, Battery or Consumer Electrical industries are preferred.
