We are looking for a dynamic Regional Sales Manager (South) to own the strategy and execution for our General Trade (GT) Retail channel. If you love building brands from the ground up and have a knack for cracking new markets, this is for you!

Region: South

Function: Sales (GT Retail)

What Youll Own:

- Revenue & Growth: Own the P&L! Drive primary/secondary sales targets and ensure profitable expansion across the region.

- Retail Expansion: Lead new store openings and boost distribution density in key cities and towns.

- Channel Management: Manage distributor performance, ensure healthy stock days, and nail the execution of trade schemes.

- Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and drive productivity of the sales team (ASMs/SOs) through rigorous market visits.

Who Were Looking For:

- Minimum 7+ years of experience as an ASM/RSM in a BPC (Beauty & Personal Care) company.

- Proven track record in managing General Trade (GT) , retailers, and distributors specifically in the South Market.

- Strong communication skills with a knack for driving hyperlocal marketing initiatives.
