Role Overview:

The Regional Sales Manager for West & South India, based in Mumbai, will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our market share within the designated regions. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies, managing a team of sales professionals, and building strong relationships with key accounts and channel partners. The individual will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve business objectives. This role is critical in expanding our presence in a key growth market and ensuring the successful adoption of our solutions by leading enterprises.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the West & South India regions to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.

- Manage and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to maximize their performance and professional development.

- Identify and cultivate relationships with key accounts and strategic partners to drive new business opportunities and expand existing engagements.

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

- Collaborate with marketing to develop and execute targeted campaigns and events to generate leads and increase brand awareness.

- Work closely with product and customer success teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful implementation of our solutions.

- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management, providing insights into market trends and sales performance.

- Manage the sales budget for the region, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing return on investment.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing sales teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and achievement.

- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in a B2B enterprise software environment.

- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively at all levels.

- Strong understanding of the enterprise software sales cycle and experience managing complex sales engagements.

- Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans, adapting to changing market conditions and customer needs.

- Experience in key account management and building long-term relationships with strategic partners.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.

- Adaptable to a hybrid work environment, balancing remote work with in-office collaboration and client visits as needed.
