
Required Qualifications
Sales & Business Development
- Proven ability to create, structure and sell large deals (>$5M), including multi-service deals.
- Track record of generating $1M+ per year from new logos.
- Experience selling in Europe and ability to build and maintain relationships with senior customer leaders (VP level and above).
Sales Process & Methodologies
- Hands-on experience across the sales lifecycle: prospecting (including market analysis and competitor assessment), lead qualification, requirements gathering, proposal presentation and deal closure.
Soft Skills & Interpersonal
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Affable personality with a proven record of collaboration across functions, especially between Engineering and Sales.
Mobility & Market Coverage
- Willingness to travel extensively for business within Europe (expected travel up to 75%).
Preferred Qualifications
Technical Knowledge
- Clear understanding of modern networking and application concepts, enterprise digital transformation, data engineering and migration.
- Experience with enterprise application implementation and lifecycle support and the ability to position and sell related solutions.
- Understanding of partner and support ecosystems for enterprise applications and SaaS solutions.
