- Job Area / Role: Regional Sales Manager LAP

- Reporting To: Zonal Sales Manager
- Department: Sales LAP
- Job Location: Hyderabad, Pune.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the LAP (Loan Against Property) business for the assigned region, overseeing a team of sales managers.
- Drive regional LAP business growth through strategic planning, team leadership and regional level profitability in line with company strategy and objectives.
- Build strong associations with DSAs, connectors, and other sourcing channels to ensure a steady pipeline of quality business.
- Monitor and maintain portfolio health by ensuring adherence to credit policy and risk norms.
- Ensure team completes timely loan documentation , disbursements and post-disbursal compliance.
- Develop and nurture high-performing teams by providing clear direction, training, performance management, and motivation to achieve disbursement and revenue targets.
- Significant experience in managing large team is essential.
- Achieve key business metrics of IRR, fee income and cross-selling of insurance products through assigned team
Eligibility Criteria for the Job:
Education:
- Preferably MBA
Skills & Competencies:
- Exceptionally strong in Relationship with local DSAs.
- Should be a strong people manager with exceptional drive and energy levels.
- Should have strong knowledge of legal & technical.
