Description:
Job Purpose:
- To lead and manage the Prime LAP business for the assigned region by driving sales, achieving business targets, expanding distribution, and ensuring high-quality portfolio acquisition through effective channel management and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development & Revenue Growth:
- Drive sales and achieve disbursement targets for Prime LAP in the assigned region.
- Develop and execute regional business strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Identify and onboard new channel partners (DSAs, connectors, chartered accountants, etc.).
- Explore cross-sell opportunities through branch and internal channels.
2. Team Management:
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Sales Managers
- Ensure productivity, performance monitoring, and skill development of the sales team.
- Conduct regular reviews, set KPIs, and implement corrective action plans where required.
3. Channel & Partner Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with DSAs, connectors, and other intermediaries.
- Monitor partner performance and ensure adherence to company policies and compliance guidelines.
- Drive engagement initiatives to ensure long-term channel loyalty.
4. Credit & Portfolio Quality:
- Work closely with credit and risk teams to ensure high-quality sourcing and minimal delinquency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, underwriting norms, and audit guidelines.
- Monitor early delinquencies and take preventive action.
5. Market Intelligence & Competition Tracking:
- Analyze market trends, competitor products, and pricing strategies.
- Provide feedback to product and policy teams for continuous improvement.
- Identify potential business clusters and expansion opportunities.
