Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead and grow our pharmaceutical business across the assigned region.
The ideal candidate must have strong institutional/government sales experience, with a proven track record in tender management, stakeholder engagement, and hospital account penetration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive institutional and government sales across the region, ensuring achievement of revenue and growth targets.
- Manage end-to-end tender processes, including submissions, negotiations, documentation, and compliance.
- Build and expand relationships with key stakeholdersgovernment bodies, hospitals, procurement teams, and decision-makers.
- Lead hospital adoption initiatives through strong technical and clinical product pitching.
- Ensure timely product supplies, order fulfilment, and collections.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market insights to leadership.
- Coordinate with supply chain, finance, and marketing teams to support seamless operations.
- Prepare periodic sales forecasts, MIS reports, and performance reviews.
Required Experience & Skills:
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in pharmaceutical institutional/government sales.
- Strong expertise in tender management and government business processes.
- Excellent technical/clinical communication and pitching skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive hospital conversions and large-volume sales.
- Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and follow-through skills.
- Ability to travel extensively across the region.
