Regional Sales Manager West Professional Division- Personal, Beauty, Hair care/FMCG- Mumbai (5+ Years)
We are looking for an MBA professional with 6 years of sales experience in the professional division across personal care, beauty, hair care, or FMCG. The candidate should have at least 4 years of experience as an ASM and currently be working in an RSM/ZSM leadership role, managing a team of Sales Managers/ASEs/ASMs. The role involves driving productivity through actionable plans, developing sales strategies for both existing and new products, and managing multiple channels while ensuring compliance with market policies.
Strong FMCG expertise is a must. Experience working in the professional segment (salons, spas, etc.) will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales and profit targets in the region by implementing defined strategies and campaigns.
- Build and nurture customer/client relationships to maximize business opportunities.
- Execute action plans to enhance business productivity.
- Develop annual and monthly sales plans for both existing and new products.
- Manage channels and ensure adherence to market policies and scheme implementation.
- Research and identify potential customers and market opportunities.
- Plan sales promotion activities in coordination with the Marketing team.
- Collaborate with C & F and corporate office for smooth sales plan execution.
- Coordinate with Brand Managers for marketing initiatives and sales development.
- Provide training and coaching to the sales team.
- Demonstrate strong FMCG business acumen.
Requirements:
- Hold an MBA from a well-regarded business school.
- Possess a minimum of 6 years of professional experience.
- Specifically, must have at least 4 years of experience as an ASM (Area Sales Manager).
- Additional assignments in MT (Modern Trade), E-Commerce, Customer Marketing, or Trade Marketing are beneficial.
- It's advantageous for the candidate to have strong analytical skills.
- A minimum of 6 years of experience is required, with a mandatory 4 years in the role of ASM or BDM (Business Development Manager).
