Team Size: 32 ASMs Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the North Region, ensuring alignment with broader company objectives. - Identify growth opportunities within the region and execute plans effectively to meet or exceed revenue targets. - Continuously analyse sales trends, market conditions, and customer behaviour to inform decision-making and adjust strategies as necessary. - Lead, motivate, and manage a high-performing sales team to ensure the achievement of individual and regional sales goals. - Provide coaching, training, and mentorship to enhance the team's skill set, performance, and overall capabilities. - Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-energy environment that drives both individual and team success. - Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, channel partners, and key stakeholders in the region. - Act as a skilled negotiator to secure profitable deals and maintain long-term relationships with clients. - Track, analyze, and report on sales metrics, including revenue growth, market penetration, and account performance. - Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on sales performance, progress against targets, and forecasted revenue. - Implement corrective actions when necessary to ensure regional sales objectives are met. - Monitor competitors' activities and regional market trends to identify both opportunities and potential threats. - Conduct regular market assessments to stay ahead of industry trends and meet evolving customer needs. - Develop and manage the sales budget for the region, ensuring resource allocation supports strategic initiatives. - Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts, ensuring adherence to budgeted costs. - Collaborate closely with the marketing, accounts, Logistics and operations teams to ensure proper coordination. - Ensure effective coordination between regional sales teams and other departments to drive company-wide initiatives and streamline operations.
