- Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; and projecting expected sales volume.
- Reviews and analyses sales and operational records and reports; uses data to project sales, determine targets and identify potential new markets & clients.
- Tracking Competition activity.
- Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
- Ongoing training of our client's sales team.
- Promoting the organization and products externally (Architects, Developers & Interior Designers).
- Acts as company representative at trade shows.
- Coordinating internally along with the marketing, technical & internal sales department to ensure customer satisfaction & taking corrections if required.
- Resolves customer complaints, staffing problems, and other issues that may interfere with efficient sales operations.
- Oversee Payment & Overdue follow-up along with the finance & Controlling Department
- Focus on KAM and Business Development activities as well
