Key Responsibilities (RSM - Loans):
- Sales Leadership: Develop and execute regional sales plans for various loan products (Home Loans, LAP, etc.) to meet targets.
- Team Management: Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate a team of loan officers.
- Performance Monitoring: Analyze sales data, track KPIs, and report progress to senior management.
- Customer & Partner Relations: Build strong ties with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Market Strategy: Identify new opportunities and adapt to market trends and competition.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to all financial regulations and company policies.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong leadership & communication.
- Deep knowledge of loan products (Home Loans, LAP, etc.).
- Analytical skills for sales metrics.
