Job Description:
- We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our mortgage loan business, specifically within the prime segment, for the Karnataka region.
- Identify business growth opportunities across the region, DSA channel/Builder/Connector.
- Conduct engagement programs like running contests for internal employees and external stake holder/ DSAs and sales training to develop channel partners.
- Guide and develop Area Heads and RMs to facilitate better customer acquisition, retention and support, and helping them to achieve superior performance standards.
- Prepare periodic MIS reports for profits, NPAs, new clients, new product launches, new branches, new channel development, etc. and communicate to Zonal Head and senior management.
- Ticket size Upto 5 Cr or more.
- Age 42 Max
- Note: Looking for only for Prime Lap and HL
