Regional Sales Manager- South (Modern Trade) - GoldenBridge Search has been mandated to hire a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager (RSM)-South specialising in Modern Trade within the cosmetics industry. - The RSM will lead and manage the modern trade channel across the designated region, driving sales performance, building strong relationships with key retail chains, and ensuring effective execution of sales strategies. - This role is crucial for expanding our brand presence and achieving revenue growth in the modern trade segment. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy and Execution: - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and regional growth objectives. - Identify new business opportunities and potential markets to expand the brand's footprint. - Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adjust sales strategies accordingly. - Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales initiatives with brand campaigns. Team Leadership and Management: - Lead, train, and motivate the regional sales team to achieve and exceed sales goals. - Provide coaching and guidance to sales representatives to ensure optimal performance and professional development. - Set clear individual and team targets, and monitor performance against goals. - Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback. Product Knowledge and Training: - Stay up-to-date with product innovations, market trends, and the competitive landscape in the beauty and cosmetics industry. - Provide product training to sales teams and key customers to ensure they are knowledgeable about the brand's offerings. Key Qualifications: - Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus. Experience: - 7+ years of sales experience in the beauty & cosmetics - 4+ years in a leadership role (preferably as a sales manager or team leader). - Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing large teams.
