Role Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and strategic sales professional to lead regional sales for Tracheostomy & Laryngectomy product portfolios in Tamil Nadu & Kerala.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop & execute regional sales strategy to drive revenue & market penetration.
- Lead channel partner network & drive distributor performance.
- Conduct market mapping, segmentation & account prioritization.
- Build strong engagement with hospitals, surgeons, & Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
- Track & execute government tenders; monitor competitor pricing & positioning.
- Conduct product & clinical training for distributors and healthcare professionals.
- Execute CMEs/workshops & support marketing initiatives in the region.
What You'll Bring:
- 8-10 years of medical device sales experience (Critical Care / ENT preferred).
- Proven success in achieving sales targets & driving regional growth.
- Strong expertise in hospital sales, tender selling & channel partnerships.
- Excellent communication, presentation & negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel 40-50%.
