Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement branch transformation strategies to improve efficiency, service delivery, and market expansion.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization, revenue growth, cost reduction, and risk mitigation.
- Streamline and standardize sales processes while ensuring adherence to compliance and regulatory norms.
- Design and deliver tailored training programs to strengthen sales teams' product knowledge, regulatory understanding, and communication skills.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and align programs with overall business objectives.
- Enhance the sales pipeline by improving lead conversion, sales quality, and customer engagement.
- Foster collaboration across teams to ensure consistent execution of transformation and sales initiatives.
Qualifications:
- MBA (Finance/Marketing) or equivalent with 7-10 years of relevant experience in sales within NBFCs or banking.
- Demonstrated success in business transformation, process improvement, and project management.
- Strong background in sales training, performance enhancement, and operational excellence.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills with proficiency in CRM and data analysis tools.
