We are hiring Regional Sales Manager - MEF
Product - Machinery Equipment
Location - Pune & Jaipur
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets for Equipment finance products.
- Identify and target potential customers through market research, networking, and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, dealers, and manufacturers in the machinery sector.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored financial solutions to meet their machinery financing requirements.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Market Analysis and Strategy:
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
- Provide feedback to management on market conditions, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
Team Leadership and Coordination:
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
- Provide training and support to team members on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as credit, operations, and customer service to ensure smooth processing of transactions.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and activity logs to management.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and agreements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
