Regional Sales Manager - Loan Against Property Vertical - BFSI

Operations & Compliance:

- Oversee day-to-day sales operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to company processes.

- Maintain compliance with internal policies, regulatory guidelines, and audit standards.

- Ensure timely resolution of customer issues to maintain high satisfaction levels.

Role & Responsibilities:

- Responsible for managing the sales and business development activities at Zonal level

- Lead & manage a team of Managers in Loan Against Property Vertical

- Develop & implement strategies to drive sales

- Identify & capitalize on new business opportunities

- Oversee operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance & customer satisfaction

- Ability to manage and the build the strong performing team.

- Ensuring that the engagement and motivation levels are high in the team.

- Monitor and streamline operational processes to ensure efficiency, compliance, and high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Build, develop, and retain a strong, high-performing sales team with a focus on productivity and capability enhancement.
