
Designation: Regional Sales Manager - LAP
Location: Ahmedabad/Pune
Experience: 8-15 years
Role & Responsibilities:
- Oversee and direct LAP sales activities in several branches and locations throughout the area.
- Reach regional goals for income, profitability, and disbursement.
- Create and put into action efficient sales strategies to increase market share and company volume.
- To improve output and performance, hire, develop, and coach Area Sales Managers and Sales Teams.
- Maintain and improve connections with DSAs, channel partners, and important clients.
- Keep an eye on portfolio performance and make sure that the company's credit standards and risk guidelines are being followed.
- To guarantee smooth processing and disbursement, coordinate with the credit, operations, legal, and risk teams.
- To find growth prospects, examine consumer demands, competitive activity, and market trends.
- Promote process enhancements and guarantee high standards of client satisfaction and service excellence.
Note: DSA vertical experience mandatory.
