Regional Sales Manager - IT

Description :

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Regional Sales Manager with experience in an Indian Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) OEM. The role will focus on driving revenue growth, managing large enterprise accounts, and expanding the organizations cybersecurity footprint across the region.

The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with channel partners and OEM stakeholders to build strong pipelines and close high-value deals in the cybersecurity domain.

Key Responsibilities :

- Drive regional sales strategy and achieve revenue targets

- Identify and develop new business opportunities (hunting role)

- Manage and grow large enterprise and corporate accounts

- Collaborate with channel partners and OEM stakeholders for business expansion

- Promote SIEM, SOAR, and other cybersecurity solutions to enterprise clients

- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and CXOs

- Track market trends and competitor activities in the cybersecurity space

Candidate Requirements :

- Experience working with an Indian SIEM OEM is mandatory

- Strong background in enterprise/B2B sales within cybersecurity or networking

- Proven track record in revenue generation and large account management

- Ability to drive end-to-end sales cycles independently

Education :

UG: B.Tech / B.E. in any specialization
