
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus.
- 10-15 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in electronic security, video surveillance, AI, IOT or IT/technology solutions.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing enterprise and/or government clients.
- Strong understanding of video surveillance, VMS, and analytics technologies is preferred.
- Experience of building strong relationships with relevant CXO's in customer & partner organisations
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve regional sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities in public and private sectors across verticals (smart cities, infrastructure, retail, transportation, etc.).
- Drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Develop & retain top sales talent in the team
Channel & Partner Management:
- Build and manage relationships with system integrators, distributors, and consultants.
- Enable and support partners through training, joint sales efforts, and marketing initiatives.
Customer Engagement:
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers including CIOs, CISOs, and facility managers.
- Conduct product presentations, demos, and technical discussions tailored to client needs.
Market Intelligence & Strategy:
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments.
- Provide feedback to product and marketing teams to align offerings with market demand.
Reporting & Forecasting:
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and accurately forecast sales performance.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market feedback, and strategic plans.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and drive measurable results.
