One of our esteemed clients into (process food industry) looking for "Regional Sales Manager-HORECA Trade Channel" role.
Geography - West India (Maharashtra,Goa,Gujarat,MP&Chhattisgarh)
Key Responsibilities :
- Appoint, manage, and drive distributors and traders in the HORECA channel.
- Ensure secondary sales growth through effective distributor engagement and trade push strategies.
- Drive product penetration in the market through push-selling techniques.
- Build a strong distribution network and ensure regular order flow and stock availability.
- Implement schemes, promotions, and trade activities to increase sales.
- Monitor competitor activities and identify market opportunities.
- Ensure timely claim settlements and support distributors for smooth operations.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve regional sales targets.
- The candidate must have experience in managing distributors & traders (not direct institutional sales).
