Role Overview: Driving Premium Channel Growth

Join a leading premium tea brand and take ownership of regional sales expansion. This pivotal role requires an experienced sales leader to drive high-impact partnerships and achieve aggressive growth targets across the HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafs), luxury retail, and specialized B2B channels. You will be responsible for creating and executing the end-to-end go-to-market strategy for the premium segment in your region.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Partnership Development (HORECA & B2B):

- Strategic Acquisition: Drive regional sales by securing and managing high-value partnerships with top-tier hotels, luxury cafs, premium restaurants, and institutional clients.

- Channel Penetration: Develop and manage sales pipelines specifically targeting luxury retail outlets and niche B2B opportunities to expand brand presence and volume.

- Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and procurement heads within the hospitality and premium retail sectors.

2. Marketing & Strategy Execution:

- Go-to-Market Strategy: Create and implement impactful go-to-market strategies tailored for the premium segment, ensuring brand positioning aligns with luxury and quality standards.

- Campaign Leadership: Lead regional sales campaigns, new product launches, and targeted promotional activities.

- Brand Collaboration: Initiate and manage strategic influencer collaborations and PR initiatives within the region to boost brand visibility and credibility in the premium space.

3. Team Leadership & Performance:

- Team Management: Manage, motivate, and mentor regional sales and execution teams, setting clear performance metrics and fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.

- Operational Excellence: Oversee sales operations, forecasting, and reporting to ensure achievement of regional revenue and distribution targets.

Candidate Profile:

Must-Have Requirements:

Experience: 6-12 years of progressive sales experience, with a mandatory focus on HORECA sales within the Beverage, Premium FMCG, or Hospitality sectors.

Brand Success: Proven success in driving sales and achieving targets specifically with premium or recognized high-end brands.

Channel Expertise: Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles and build partnerships within the institutional/B2B and HORECA environments.

Key Competencies

Leadership: Strong ability to lead and motivate regional sales teams effectively.

Relationship Building: Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Execution: High drive and hands-on execution skills with a results-oriented approach.
