Role:
The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business growth across the assigned region by managing multiple branches, building a strong sales team, developing sourcing channels, achieving business targets, and maintaining healthy portfolio quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and drive sales performance across branches and sourcing locations.
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies for Affordable Home Loans and LAP.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual business targets for disbursement and sourcing.
- Identify new markets and opportunities for business expansion.
- Build and strengthen relationships with DSAs, connectors, builders, property dealers and other channel partners.
- Ensure all branches have a strong and active sourcing network.
- Recruit, train, coach and retain Branch Managers and sales teams.
- Monitor branch-wise productivity, lead generation, conversion ratios and disbursement performance.
- Improve yield, insurance penetration and business profitability.
- Review branch performance regularly and take corrective actions wherever required.
- Conduct regular market visits and branch reviews.
- Analyze competitor activities, market trends and customer requirements.
- Coordinate closely with Credit, Operations, Legal, Technical and Collections teams for smooth business execution.
Candidate Profile:
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM preferred.
- 8-12 years of overall experience in sales, preferably in NBFC, Housing Finance, or Banking.
- Strong experience in Home Loans and LAP, particularly affordable housing.
- Proven experience in managing multiple branches and locations.
- Strong team-handling and leadership experience.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong understanding of sourcing channels, market development and competitor activities.
- Good knowledge of loan processes, legal/technical aspects and portfolio quality.
- Strong analytical, communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
