Description:

Role: Regional Sales Manager Prime Home Loan.

Industry: NBFC/ Financial services.

Location: Delhi/NCR.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Planning:

- Develop and execute regional sales strategies for prime home loans.

- Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

Team Leadership & Management:

- Recruit, train, and manage a team of Area Sales Managers (ASMs), Relationship Managers (RMs), and Sales Officers.

- Monitor team performance and drive productivity through KPIs.

- Motivate and mentor the sales team for high performance.

Business Development:

- Drive business growth by developing new channels (e.g., DSA, connectors, builders).

- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and key stakeholders.

- Explore and onboard high-potential locations or geographies.

Customer Relationship Management:

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.

- Resolve customer escalations promptly and professionally.

- Ensure adherence to turnaround times (TAT) for loan processing.

Key Skills & Competencies:

- Strong knowledge of home loan products, especially in the prime segment.

- Deep understanding of mortgage lending, housing finance, and credit assessment.

- Excellent leadership and team management capabilities.
