Regional Sales Manager - West | Superspeciality Division | Medical Devices
A global leader in the medical technology sector is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to drive strategic sales and marketing initiatives.
About the Role:
As Regional Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for directing sales operations, managing product strategies, leading downstream marketing efforts, and nurturing high-performing teams. The role also includes key account management, distributor engagement, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead regional sales and marketing activities across product categories.
- Develop tactical plans for product introductions and launches.
- Track sales performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Manage distributor relationships, payment collections, and POS data.
- Localize sales training and promotional programs.
- Build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and gather Voice of Customer (VOC) insights.
- Lead and coach the regional sales team to meet targets and performance goals.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Experience in handling West region and Superspeciality division.
- 10-15 years of sales and/or marketing experience in medical devices or healthcare.
- Strong track record in Key Account Management (KAM) and team leadership.
- Excellent communication, planning, and analytical skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across regions (up to 80%).
