Role Overview
We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager - General Trade (North India) to drive growth and establish our distribution footprint across the region. This is a high-impact, entrepreneurial role where you will set up and scale GT operations, build distributor networks, and deliver aggressive growth in line with the company's expansion plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and expand the GT channel across North India, with focus on Delhi NCR, Haryana, Punjab, J&K, Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh, and Uttar Pradesh.
- Identify, onboard, and manage a strong distributor and channel partner network.
- Develop and execute sales strategies, regional business plans, and market coverage models.
- Deliver monthly and quarterly sales targets, while tracking KPIs, coverage, and execution.
- Collaborate with supply chain, marketing, and category teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor competitor activities, trade dynamics, and market trends to inform strategy.
Qualifications & Experience
- 7-14 years of experience in general trade sales, preferably with emerging or mid-sized FMCG brands.
- Strong understanding of GT channels in North India, with established distributor networks across Tier 1-3 cities.
- Proven track record of scaling distribution and delivering sales growth.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and build from the ground up.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Location: Noida (with travel across North India)
