One of our esteemed client is into Luggage Industry looking one candidate for "Regional Sales Manager-GT Channel, West Region" position
Preference- Some have worked in Luggage Industry (Either in current and previous role) in GT channel sales role
Geography Coverage : Maharashtra, Goa, Gujarat and Madhya Pradesh
Required Skill Set:
Key Responsibilities:
1.Sales Strategy and Execution:
a. Achieve Targets for Revenue, Reach and Productivity in the designated region
b. Identify new market opportunities and drive market penetration through MBOs, distribution channels, and indirect dealers.
2. Channel Management:
a. Establish and maintain strong relationships with MBOs, distributors, and indirect dealers.
b. Conduct monthly dealer/ distributor performance reviews, which consist of a robust review of key prospects and accounts at risk and handle distributors to drive accountability for brand.
c. Take decisions to address underperformance, identification of actions to close the gap and take ownership for the execution of the action plan through the team.
3. Market Analysis and Reporting:
a. Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
b. Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
4. Team Leadership and Development:
a. Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to maximize their performance.
