Regional Sales Manager (RSM) (North, East and South)


Description:


Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to drive and oversee sales operations across the North, East & South region, while being based out of Mumbai Head Office. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, deep market understanding, and proven success in scaling distribution networks from reputed FMCG / Beauty / Personal Care companies.


Key Responsibilities:


- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue & market share targets across the South region.


- Identify growth opportunities and ensure consistent market penetration.


- Lead, mentor & monitor a team of ASMs / SOs and distribution partners.


- Strengthen GT, MT & B2B channels, ensuring distribution expansion and retail excellence.


- Appoint and manage distributors & key accounts, and build strategic trade partnerships.


- Track competitor activities and market trends to proactively drive initiatives.


- Ensure effective execution of trade marketing activities and visibility programs.


- Work closely with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to drive business objectives.


- Provide inputs for forecasting and demand planning.


Key Requirements:


- 9 to 14 years in Sales with at least 3 to 5 years in a Regional Sales Manager role.


- Experience in reputed FMCG / Beauty / Personal Care companies preferred.


- Strong exposure to handling the North, East & South region.


- Proven track record of delivering sales growth & expanding distribution.


- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.


- Willingness to travel extensively.
