Regional Sales Manager
Location: South Region

Job Description:
1. Revenue & Growth Delivery:
- Achieve and exceed regional sales targets.
- Drive growth across wholesale hubs, retail channels, and key accounts.
- Focus on increasing market penetration and both primary and secondary sales performance.
2. Wholesale & Retail Base Expansion:
- Expand the wholesale and retail footprint across the region to increase market share.
- Ensure optimal stock levels, product availability, and dominant retail visibility.
- Drive initiatives to improve direct retailer engagement and long-term loyalty.
3. Sales Operations & Execution:
- Implement sales plans, promotions, and trade marketing initiatives.
- Monitor execution at ground level and ensure consistency.
- Improve sales productivity and efficiency.
4. Leadership & Capability Building:
- Build a strong, motivated, and performance-driven team.
- Coach team members and develop future leaders.
- Drive a culture of ownership and accountability.
5. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
- Coordinate with internal teams for seamless execution.
- Maintain strong relationships with external partners.
- Ensure alignment with overall business strategy.
Key Requirements:
- 7 to 15 years of experience in sales roles with GT exposure.
- Proven ability to drive market penetration and manage large retail/wholesale networks.
- Strong business acumen and execution capability.
- Experience in FMCG / Pharma / Consumer Durables preferred.
