Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Revenue Management:
- Achieve regional sales targets (volume, value, and market share) across product categories.
- Drive growth through dealer, distributor, and project sales channels.
- Implement company sales strategies, schemes, and promotional plans effectively.
- Monitor secondary sales, stock levels, and demand forecasting.
Channel & Market Development:
- Expand and strengthen dealer and distributor network.
- Identify new business opportunities, geographies, and key accounts.
- Drive visibility, branding, and in-shop execution as per guidelines.
- Track competitor activities and provide market intelligence.
Team Leadership & Capability Building:
- Lead, mentor, and develop Area Sales Managers / Sales Officers.
- Conduct regular reviews, coaching, and performance management.
- Ensure discipline in reporting, beat planning, and CRM usage.
Customer & Stakeholder Management:
- Build strong relationships with key dealers, influencers, contractors, and projects.
- Resolve escalations related to pricing, supply, service, and claims.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Supply Chain, Credit, and Finance teams.
Compliance & Governance:
- Ensure adherence to credit norms, pricing policies, and SOPs.
- Drive collections and improve receivable days.
- Ensure compliance with company ethics and business standards.
