Job Title: Regional Sales Manager FMCG Sales.

Experience: 8 to 12+ years in FMCG Sales (Minimum 5+ years in people management roles).

Location: Mumbai & Pune (Either City).

Comp Range: INR 10 to 12 LPA (Fixed + Variable).

Work Mode: Work From Office.

Job Type: Full-Time.

Job Brief:

We are looking for an experienced and driven Regional Sales Manager to lead and grow sales across Mumbai and Pune.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building markets, leading teams, and creating strong distributor networks.

You will play a key role in expanding brand presence, improving market reach, and driving profitable growth while working closely with internal teams.

Responsibilities:

- Plan and drive sales targets across all channels in the assigned region.

- Build and manage a strong distributor and partner network from the ground up.

- Lead, guide, and motivate sales managers and field teams to achieve results.

- Ensure full product availability and strong visibility across markets.

- Visit markets regularly to track performance, competition, and customer trends.

- Execute promotions, brand activations, and visibility programs in coordination with the head office.

- Support hiring, onboarding, and performance development of sales staff.

- Maintain regular communication with teams and ensure adherence to company processes.

- Manage regional profitability, including margins, trade spends, and costs.

Qualifications:

- 8 to 12+ years of experience in FMCG sales.

- At least 5 years of experience handling teams (ASM / RSM or similar roles).

- Strong skills in distributor management, sales planning, negotiation, and analytics.

- Sound financial understanding and decision-making ability.

- Willingness to travel 40 to 60% within the assigned region.
