Regional Sales Manager - FMCG

A renowned FMCG company wishes to recruit the Zonal Sales Manager for South India

- The incumbent would be leading complete sales and distribution responsibility for the region

Specific responsibilities include :

- Heading sales operations and customer management for the region.

- Sales and Distribution Management: Distribution Strategies, Customer management.

- Leading a large team of ASM, Sales Executives and off-roll sales officers

Candidate profile :

- Bschool graduates of 2015 -18 BATCHES ONLY with sales experience in FMCG space handling large distribution oriented business.

- Must be adept at sales and distribution planning, trade marketing, GTM.

- The incumbent should have 8-10 years of post qualification experience with substantial experience in a leadership role.

- Must have led multiple zones/area in sales and customer management.

- Prior experience in General Trade in FMCG as an ZSM/ASM is a Must.
