Job Description:
- Planning primary & secondary sales of the territory every month as per the potential of the markets, forecasting stocks, ensuring timely collections, finding gaps in the market, and getting it fulfilled, calling on top outlets with FF, designing schemes for the month, deliver the month plan.
- Ensuring timely claim submission, increasing coverage as per company norms. Full fill manpower gaps. Motivating FF and RDs for earning rewards. Proper implementation of Aadhar and Bizome.
