Position Overview:
We are looking for Regional Sales Managers with a proven track record in setting up and managing distribution networks. The ideal candidates will play a pivotal role in driving regional sales growth, expanding market penetration, and positioning our brand as a strong player in the wristwatch category.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and develop a robust distribution and retail network across the assigned region.
- Expand brand penetration and visibility in target markets through strategic channel development.
- Achieve sales targets and ensure consistent business growth month-on-month.
- Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to identify gaps and opportunities.
- Provide regular market intelligence and feedback to management for product and marketing improvements.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and trade partners.
- Drive promotional and merchandising initiatives to enhance brand recall and shelf presence.
- Lead and motivate the regional sales team towards achieving performance benchmarks.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Master's or Bachelor's in any discipline .
- 8-10 years of experience in regional sales, preferably in consumer durables, lifestyle products, or fashion accessories.
- Proven expertise in setting up distribution networks and developing new markets.
- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Passionate about brand-building and retail execution excellence.
