Are you an experienced sales leader with a proven track record in enterprise sales and B2B2C growth?
We're looking for a Regional Head of Sales to drive revenue, close key accounts, and scale a high-performing regional sales team.
Role Overview:
- Own and drive revenue targets for your region
- Close enterprise deals with large employers, HRMS platforms, payroll providers, and corporate insurance solutions
- Lead and mentor a regional sales team
- Design and execute go-to-market strategies aligned with business goals
- Engage directly with CXOs, CHROs, CFOs to build long-term partnerships
- Manage sales operations, forecasting, pipeline, and reporting
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Operations to ensure client success
Ideal Candidate:
- 8+ years in B2B sales, including 4+ years in leadership roles
- Experience in fintech, SaaS, HR/payroll tech, or corporate insurance sales
- Proven ability to close large accounts and scale revenue
- Strong negotiation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable with high travel and client-facing meetings
- Data-driven, analytical, and proficient with CRM tools
