The Regional Sales Manager will lead Sales, business development and channel development for Fans, lights and wires, develop strategies, and drive revenue growth for the electronics industry in north region. This role requires a results-oriented professional with expertise in managing sales teams and building client relationships.
- Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities in New York and surrounding areas.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals to meet performance goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to senior management.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of customer requirements.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- 7+ years of experience in sales management, in Fans, Wires or lights vertical in the electronics industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Knowledge of the market and the ability to establish local networks.
