Key Responsibilities:
- Lead sales and business development of electro-mechanical capital equipment products
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Identify and engage potential customers, including OEMs and key players in industries like automobile, power generation, and general engineering.
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor competitor activity, industry trends, and market conditions to stay competitive and adapt sales strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams for product demos, technical support, and customer service to ensure a smooth sales experience.
- Provide detailed sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to senior management.
- Conduct extensive travel within the region to meet clients and explore new business opportunities.
Experience:
- Experience in sales and marketing of electro-mechanical capital goods products, knowledge of CNC machines will be an added advantage.
- Experience working with OEMs and industrial clients in the B2B sector.
