We are looking for energetic, results-driven Business Development Managers (BDM) and Relationship Managers (RM) to join our Education Loan team across multiple locations!

Mumbai, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Ahmedabad

Role Overview:

You will be the driving force behind expanding our Education Loan portfolio - connecting with overseas education consultants, test prep institutes, colleges, and students to deliver seamless loan solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Channel and Partner Management: Build and nurture strong ties with Domestic and Overseas Education Consultants, DSAs, and EdTech partners.

- Business Growth: Drive end-to-end loan disbursements for domestic and overseas study programs.

- Campus and Event Activation: Conduct informational seminars and spot-assessment drives at coaching centers and colleges.

- End-to-End Coordination: Guide students and parents through documentation, credit assessment, and sanction stages with quick turnaround times.

- Market Mapping: Track competitor offerings, college intakes, and visa timelines to stay ahead of market trends.

What We're Looking For:

- Experience: 8 - 12 years of proven sales experience in Education Loans / Retail Lending (NBFC or Banking background preferred).

- Network: Existing relationships with study-abroad consultants or DSAs in your territory is a big plus!

- Communication: Sharp consultative selling and relationship-building skills.

- Drive: Target-oriented mindset with high customer obsession.
