Reporting to the National Head Sales, you will be responsible for - Increasing sales volume in the North region. - Create regional sales plan in alignment with business objectives. - Evaluate store and individual performance. - Designing short term and long term sales strategies for achieving the annual target - Developing the new areas and business opportunities for the product - Developing distribution channels to ensure they have the know-how and support to successfully sell our products - Training and handling a team of sale representatives for the region - Expanding distribution network, and expanding dealer base and sales, as per Company strategy - Distribution network Expansion and penetration, maintaining good business relations with key retailers. - Alternate Channel set up - Local market visibility and visibility at the point of sale - Team building and management - Daily distribution channel operations management. - Maintaining inventory at distributor point - Manage and facilitate collections from channel partners as per company policy. - Achieving Targets (Distributor/Retailer &amp; Executive wise) - Analyze regional market trends and explore opportunities for growth. - Update the management with about the regional operations, profits, customer feedback and future prospects.
