Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver revenue, volume, and margin targets across all assigned geographies.
- Drive both Project Sales (B2B, institutional, EPC, PEB) and Distribution Sales (channel partners, dealers, fabricators).
- Expand Company's presence by acquiring new customers, projects, and partners in industrial and infrastructure sectors.
- Build a strong pipeline of ongoing and upcoming projects through proactive engagement and regular tracking.
- Ensure effective territory coverage, pricing discipline, and credit management across accounts
Maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, EPCs, developers, and channel partners.
- Engage directly with key customers for major order closures, pricing negotiations, and delivery alignment.
- Collaborate with Marketing, SCM, and Technical teams to ensure superior customer experience from inquiry to delivery.
Candidate Profile:
- Experience: 10+years in sales leadership roles within steel building materials, roofing/cladding, PEB, or steel-based construction products.
- Demonstrated experience in project and channel sales, with strong commercial acumen.
Education:
- Graduate in Engineering or Architecture
- MBA/PGDM in Sales/Marketing preferred.
