About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and community-driven Regional Sales Manager to spearhead outreach and sales initiatives targeting senior citizens and their families within the assigned region. This role requires a hands-on approach to promoting our memberships and services through direct engagement, relationship building, and organizing community events. Key Responsibilities
- Field Outreach & Sales: Actively promote the companys memberships and services to senior citizens and their families by conducting on-ground outreach, including door-to-door visits, community engagement, and attending local events.
- Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for memberships and related services within the assigned region.
- Event Management: Plan and organize small-scale community events, product demonstrations, workshops, and engagement sessions tailored for senior citizens to increase awareness and drive sales.
- Community Building: Establish and nurture strong relationships with local communities, residential associations, senior citizen groups, and relevant stakeholders to build trust and create a referral network.
- Lead Generation: Identify and generate high-quality leads through field visits, referrals, partnerships, and networking activities. Maintain an active pipeline of prospects.
- Reporting: Regularly update the Regional Head on field activities, lead status, sales conversions, challenges faced, and market feedback through structured reports and communication.
- Post-Sale Support: Provide excellent after-sales support to members to ensure satisfaction, address concerns promptly, and promote member retention and loyalty.
- Market Insights: Gather and communicate insights on competitor activities, local market trends, and customer preferences to help refine sales strategies.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelors /master's degree in any discipline.
- 2 to 3 years of proven experience in field sales, community outreach, or a related role.
- Experience in the senior citizen care or services domain is a significant advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to connect empathetically with senior citizens and their families.
- Fluency in the local language(s) is mandatory to effectively engage with the community.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently within the assigned region for field visits and events.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Basic proficiency with digital tools (smartphone apps, CRM software, MS Office) is desirable.
