Role:
- Be responsible for the profit, performance, and operational efficiency at each branch of the region.
- To work with Sales Leadership to set strategic objectives analyise data trends to maintain growth, driving new customer acquisition, brand building and account management.

Responsibilities:
- Creating and accomplishing regional sales- plans in alignment with organisations business objectives.
- Forecasting annual, quarterly, and monthly sales goals by collaborating with area sales heads and recommend strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans.
Cash Management:
- Meets zonal sales financial objectives by forecasting cash flow, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analysing variances, initiating corrective actions.
- Accomplishes regional sales human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, employees in assigned areas.
- Implement policies and procedures of the organisation effectively.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, seminars, reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks.
- Recommends product lines by identifying new product opportunities, and/or suggest new services and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction.
- Building and maintaining rapport with key customers; identifying new customer opportunities.
- Surveying consumer needs and trends; tracking competitors' activities and performance.
- Developing specific plans to ensure growth both long and short-term.
- Increase Market share Expand customer base by analysing regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth.
- Achieve regional sales operational objectives by implementing customer-service standards; resolving problems; identifying trends and improvements; and implementing change.
- Build brand by Implementing market promotions activities by participating in tradefairs, exhibitions, seminars, and tracking, and evaluating opportunities for enhancing brand visibility in the region.
- Educating sales team with presentations of strategies, seminars, and regular review meetings.
- Build and retain a strong sales and servicing team.
Required Skills/Competencies:
- Excellent verbal + written + presentation skills to effectively communicate with various stakeholders.
- Prepare and conduct strategic pitches and sales presentations.
- Excellent analytical skills to interpret data and other technical information.
- Ability to train and motivate team with analytical approach in sales management.
- Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude.
- Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs).
- Familiarity with CRM.
- Evaluate systems and create solutions.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Qualification:
- Graduate B.Tech Mechanical/Electrical (Degree/Diploma) Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related field is preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum 15+ Years.
- Proven sales experience with track record of meeting sales quotas. Sector-specific sales experience is preferred Must be leading an area for minimum 2-3 years with team size of minimum 10+ persons.
- Should be in similar position for 3-5 years.
- Proven work experience as a Regional Sales Manager or similar senior sales role.
- To be successful you should have the ability to lead and motivate a high-performance sales team to maximize sales revenue and meet /exceed set goals.
- Develop strategic sales plans to increase market share, Build strong relationships and manage profitability.
