The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and managing business through existing and new sales partners in the assigned region. The role involves end-to-end sales ownership, including lead generation, sales partner management, target achievement, and payment collection.
CBC have their own manufactured CCTV. Their plant is in Japan, China, USA
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales plans with sales partners to achieve/exceed regional targets; allocate targets and monitor progress
- Identify, onboard, and nurture new sales partners, while strengthening relationships with existing ones.
- Create and execute comprehensive sales partner plans for the territory, identifying potential new regions/cities for appointments.
- Drive sales through sales partner organizations, ensuring compliance with company policies, agreements, and adoption of company programs.
- Coordinate with internal teams (support, service, and management) to meet sales partner objectives and expectations.
- Maintain appropriate distributor inventory levels and monitor secondary sales.
- Proactively assess, clarify, and validate sales partner needs on an ongoing basis.
- Engage with consultants to ensure brand approvals in upcoming projects and regularly pursue new accounts/business opportunities.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, trade fairs, and promotional events
- This person will take care of Karnataka and Hyderabad region
