Overview: - The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) plays a crucial role in driving sales performance across a specific region. - This position is vital to the organization as it is responsible for leading a team of ASM and sales representatives, developing sales strategies, and establishing strong relationships with key clients. - The RSM is instrumental in achieving revenue targets and expanding the company's market presence within the assigned region.
