Role Overview:
The Regional Sales Manager - West will be responsible for driving the commercial performance of the company across the Western region through both project-based and distribution (channel) sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver revenue, volume, and margin targets across all assigned geographies.
- Drive both Project Sales (B2B, institutional, EPC, PEB) and Distribution Sales (channel partners, dealers, fabricators)
- Maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, EPCs, developers, and channel partners.
- Drive a performance-oriented culture focused on accountability and results.
- Lead and mentor Area Sales Managers / Executives within the region.
Candidate Profile:
- Experience: 15+years in sales leadership roles within stell building materials, roofing/cladding, PEB, or steel-based construction products.
- Demonstrated experience in project and channel sales, with strong commercial acumen
