About the Role:
We are hiring a seasoned Regional Sales Manager for one of the leading organizations to drive business growth across key regions. The role demands a high-performing sales leader with strong experience in managing both B2B and B2C business operations, regional team leadership, and channel expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and drive regional sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets
- Manage and expand both B2B and B2C sales channels across the assigned region
- Develop and strengthen distributor, dealer, and channel partner network
- Handle end-to-end regional P&L responsibility and sales forecasting
- Lead, mentor, and manage large regional sales teams to ensure high performance
- Identify new market opportunities and execute go-to-market strategies
- Drive key account management and build long-term client relationships
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to enhance business strategy
- Ensure effective execution of sales plans, promotions, and market development initiatives
- Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and leadership teams for business alignment
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in sales leadership roles
- Strong exposure to handling both B2B and B2C business models
- Proven experience in regional sales management and team handling
- Excellent channel management and distribution network development skills
- Strong analytical, strategic planning, and stakeholder management abilities
- Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Experience in handling large territories (East / South / North)
- Strong experience in driving regional growth and scaling business operations
- Candidates with exposure to channel sales, dealer management, and institutional sales will be highly preferred
