About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead and grow business operations across the assigned region. The role involves driving revenue, managing high-performing teams, strengthening distributor networks, and ensuring operational excellence while aligning with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Drive regional sales growth, achieve revenue targets, and execute regional business strategies aligned with company goals.
2. Monitor regional P&L, budgets, cost controls, and overall profitability.
3. Identify new business opportunities, market expansion areas, and growth initiatives.
4. Manage and strengthen relationships with distributors, dealers, key customers, and stakeholders.
5. Lead, motivate, and manage Area Managers, Branch Managers, and regional sales teams.
6. Conduct performance reviews, implement improvement plans, and ensure team productivity.
7. Handle manpower planning, training, succession planning, and talent development.
8. Foster a high-performance, compliance-driven, and customer-focused culture.
9. Ensure smooth day-to-day operations across all regional locations.
10. Implement and monitor SOPs, internal controls, and company policies.
11. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including HR, Finance, Supply Chain, and QA.
12. Resolve operational escalations, customer issues, and service-related challenges effectively.
13. Track competitor activities, market trends, customer satisfaction, and retention metrics.
14. Prepare MIS reports, ensure statutory and policy compliance, and support audits with corrective actions.

Region Handling: Maharashtra, Goa, MP, Chhattisgarh, Gujarat
Qualification: Graduate / B.Tech | MBA Preferred
