Regional Sales Manager - Building Material Firm - IIM

A renowned Company into Building materials to recruit the Regional Sales Head for West India

- The incumbent would be leading complete sales and distribution responsibility for the region

Specific responsibilities include :

- Heading sales operations and customer management for the region.

- Sales and Distribution Management: Distribution Strategies, Customer management.

- Key account Management

- Plan Marketing Strategies & getting them executed with team to achieve the given state sales target

- Leading a large team of ASM, Sales Executives for Sales and Marketing in the region.

Candidate profile :

- Bschool graduates of 12-15 years of post qualification experience.

Experience in leading sales in Building materials , paints ,cement, or pipes company of repute handling at least 100crs Business .

- Must be adept at sales and distribution planning, trade marketing, GTM.

- Must have led multiple zones/area in sales and customer management.

- Prior experience in General Trade in FMCG as an ZSM/ASM is a Must.
