Primary Responsibility:

- The Reional Head will be responsible for leading and growing the Wealth Management business across the entire West Bengal region.

- The role focuses on driving revenue, managing teams, expanding the client base, and strengthening the firms presence in the regional market.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own and drive the end-to-end Wealth Management business for the West Bengal zone.

- Achieve AUM, revenue, client acquisition, and profitability targets.

- Lead, mentor, and develop Relationship Managers, Branch Heads, and sales teams.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with HNI / UHNI clients.

- Be actively involved in strategic client engagements and large-ticket deal closures.

- Identify and execute regional expansion and new branch opportunities.

- Drive product penetration across Mutual Funds, PMS, AIFs, Bonds, Structured Products, and Insurance.

- Ensure strict adherence to compliance, risk, and regulatory guidelines.

- Track market trends, competitor activity, and evolving client needs.

- Provide regular MIS, performance updates, and strategic insights to senior management.

- Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills.

- Deep understanding of wealth management products and solutions.

- Strategic thinking with strong execution focus.

- Strong knowledge of the West Bengal market and client ecosystem.
